At Mi Piccolino, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be returned with any original packaging, labels and accessories where applicable.
• Be accompanied by your proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as we will need to provide return instructions.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@mipiccolino.com within 48 hours of delivery where possible, including photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty.

We also cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised or custom-made products.
• Gift cards.
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, colour or size, please return your original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancelling Your Order

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To exercise this right, simply contact us at info@mipiccolino.com before the 14-day period expires.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty, damaged or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after receiving confirmation from us, please contact us at info@mipiccolino.com.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Mi Piccolino will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid return label where appropriate.
